This website was my favorite, it shortcuts the way, instead of going to the store I can easily shop from home, but they raised the shipping amount it's double now, also the cash on delivery cod, it's been raised.
That's too disappointed to me

Not that quality expected, and they have to put the real measurments for the clothes.
They attached a gift with the order, there prices are affordable, but comparing with other websites it's a little expensive.
The delivery only two weeks, perfect.
Even so they have nice clothing styles, but I don't think I would order again.

I recommend this website, specially for things that you can't find easily in the shops.
I have many orders on souq.com, it's my first direction when I need to purchase online.
But also it depends on each seller, not every seller on souq.com is honest, so you have to check the reviews before you purchase.

I'm from United Arab Emirates, I purchased several cosmetics from city color, affordable prices and good quality, I really love it. Everything arrived in good condition except the foundation, I think because of the pressure while transfering and the hot weather it damaged, it was verry well packaged but I don't know how quarter of the foundation comes out, and it has a very stinky smell, as I said it's because the pressure or the weather or maybe both!.
Anyway they returned to me the amount of the foundation.
The others are perfect I'm so happy with it.
I hope if they could ship it directly to me it will be better, because for this order I tend to use my Shop and Ship account to receive the order.

They deactivated my account! I didn't receive any of my orders since two months ordering! I can't open dispute! And they will keep my money there! What a site! That's how they deal with their customers? Very baad

I have purchased two wedding dresses and two vails, they were nice almost as pictures but lower quality. The customer service were very nice, and they told me the exactly shipping and receiving dates.
