I ordered a sofa from them back in September when the item was Out of Stock. I was promised a delivery date for 11/16 (almost two months out). The week of the delivery date, I received an email saying the delivery date was delayed and the team will contact me when they receive the shipment to reschedule. I was so upset because I waited so long for the sofa. I did not get an estimated date so I contacted the website. The took almost a week to respond to my initial email although I wrote everything (what i wanted on the initial email) the person who responded wrote "Thanks for reaching out to the team, what can we do to help." Like what's the purpose of me writing a lengthen email explaining my situation for? Anyways, I responded with patience and just rewrote everything that I want an expected delivery/ estimated time. I needed the sofa before the holidays and will want a refund if it won't be here on time. The person responded another week later telling me that my item will be deliver beginning of November. I told the person that it is now mid Nov, I don't think I will be receiving the item at the beginning of Nov. Took them a couple days to respond, now by a different person telling me I will receive it end of Nov. I now stopped responding and was just going to wait patiently for the sofa at the end of Nov. I received a random email on the existing thread that they wanted to follow up if I still needed any assistance. There is about a week left of Nov, so I responded that is there an delivery date set up yet since I will be receiving the item in a week. The person responded to me saying Living Spaces estimated that they will receive the shipment in Mid Dec and I will be contacted then for a delivery date. That was it for me. I felt like a clown waiting and waiting and waiting for this team who clearly does not give a single $#*! or care about what they're doing or saying to their customers. So i asked for a refund and this was when they started responding faster. They offered to assist me to look around for another Sofa, but I refused. They sent me a confirmation email that they had issued a refund. I hope I get the refund soon. Sorry for the long review guys. In conclusion, do not waste your time on this place and please trust the reviews. I tried to ignored because i really liked this sofa.
