“20 days later and still waiting for me order”

I wish I checked the reviews before placing an order from this website. Ordered an adapter from what I thought was a UK based company (why buy a UK domain if you are based in China?!) but the item is coming from Hong Kong and 20 days later the tracking says the item has not yet been collected!
