“I received a big fat F with their help! They are refusing to give me a refund!”

They helped me flunk the class and are refusing to give me a refund. They keep telling me they are looking into it but... WHAT IS TO LOOK INTO? I got an F in the class thanks to them... I am sure I could have failed the class on my own. Beware, you are definitely taking a chance of wasting a nice chunk of cash!
