I was very very stupid and did not review their complaint list. There are honest shippers out there, but you have to review all complaints to find them.

Less expensive? Not really they are all very close. You may get a lower quote, but as in my case, they will add on charges. The honest operators will quote you the final price upfront. The less honest will add on charges like service charges, document prep fees, unloading fees and such. One would think that these would all be included in the quoted price, but the less honest companies wait until they have you vehicle and then force you to pay the extra charges.

Very difficult. I spent more than 28 minutes on hold when trying to contact them.
