on 4/1/17This happened to me only one time, and I have sold quite a few items with them. As soon as I received the quote for a pair of earrings. I contacted them immediately and said I felt the price was to low due to various reasons, and they got back to me the next day with an adjusted price. I have never experienced what you are describing above as a bait and switch scenario, and I always check the similar or same items they are selling. I would just call them and ask for the details as to why the other item is higher. Sorry you had a bad experience!

It happened to me on the first item the item sold in 20 minutes it was so cheap, the second time I called and they adjusted it but i had to do the work for them and show them other items at a higher price. They still gave me the lowest price of all the ones i showed them and mine was in better condition.
I have felt the exact same way with a number of my items being assigned "lowball" prices when I've seen the same or similar items priced higher. I have also asked them to send certain high-end items back because I didn't approve of their ridiculously low pricing. With the new commission structure at 40/60, in TRR's favor, I won't be consigning with them anymore.
