They don't have a customer service, which means that if you were to be charged by them and filed a dispute it wouldn't go through because theres no way to contact them. This site is essentially a scam all the way and doesn't ever get back to you. No email, phonenumber or anything. They will charge your account and never refund you. On top of that, you can't even access the account. I've tried multiple times and got nowhere. So stay away from it and go somewhere more reliable.

I paid for mileage reports and I never received any services from this site. I’ve reached out for a refund after no responses to my inquiries for help and I still get no response. Fake site with fake services. They’ll charge you and just steal your money. Buyer Beware!
As an Uber / Lyft driver, I drive a LOT and wanted to make sure I received my tax credit for this driving. I made two logs (one for last year and previous year) and was able to download them in PDF format and submit with my tax returns. My tax credit for last year for driving was $*******! Can't wait to get my rebate check!
I needed a mileage log for my taxes because I am a realtor. This website allowed me to make a mileage log very fast. I entered the locations of my listings and my showings and the mileage log generator made a mileage log for me. Very cool.
For those of us who drive our personal calls for business - there is a huge tax benefit provided by Uncle Sam - standard mileage tax deductions. ExpressMileage is really cool because it makes a complete mileage log for a year after you answer a few questions. This saved me $13k in taxes last year. The logs created are IRS compliant and can be edited easily. Using this website, you can quickly create mileage logs for a week, month, quarter or year. Perfect for those sale reps, ride sharing drivers, delivery drivers or anyone else who drives a lot for their work and needs to get reimbursed or have tax deductions.
Kept adding up different logs mileage together. They wanted 1 year of payment ( but showed a monthly fee) obviously knowing the site is not very reliable. I want my money back!

In September 2017, I signed up for a free trail to help with mileage log. I cancelled or attempted to cancel within the month. Beginning in March 2018, then August 2018, and now September 2018 My credit card was charged at a rate of $63 CN. The company has not returned multiple emails to correct this situation. They continue to charge my credit card monthly. Do not use or give your credit card to ExpressMileage.
