I bought this as a gift for my brother and his family. The shipping said it would be there in nine days. I ordered it the beginning of December and it was just received January 5 so having said that they absolutely loved what I ordered. It was a family tree with their names engraved, they think it's just beautiful. So I would order again from them however, I would take into consideration how long it would take to get where I wanted it to go. I was pleased.
Absolutely awful customer service and awful advertising. I was told my product would arrive in 5-8 business days and here I am 2 weeks later with 3 emails written and not so much as an update. Never use these thieves they will steal your money and block you.

Items come in blurry and about the cheapest products you can imagine. Blames the holiday season and begs you to accept 20% back for items that are literally garbage worthy condition. Then ask you pay shipping to return the item that is personalized so they can't reuse it and will throw it away anyway to deter your full refund. I'll be returning and notifying the bank of the scammer website this company is! Safe yourself the time, energy, and money. Do not purchase a THING from here.
They play around and beg you to let them keep your money for garbage products.
Biggest mistake I’ve made in a long time choosing this company.
I placed an order in November. Have contacted customer service at least ten times. They always reply with "I am contacting the warehouse to escalate your order". I asked for a refund and have not heard back. So I guess I am out $50. I don't understand how they can be advertising for mothers day on their website when they still have orders from NOVEMBER that have been left unfulfilled. Terrible way to run a business, and of course there is no customer service line only an email.

I got an automated response probably from AI. I sent another email about how long it would take and I got the exact same email again, more than likely AI.
I was looking for Christmas gifts and it popped up on my feed
I was disappointed on how cheap my custom garden sign was. It is poorly printed on paper thin wood with not even a real frame around it. There's no hanging device attached so you can't even hang it up. Don't recommend and would never order again :( I definitely feel I way over paid for what I got.
On December 15 I ordered "Grandmas Garden" birth flower chart, I paid for expedited shipping & didn't receive until December 30. The original tracking number they gave me was incorrect, the customer service email response was very slow, if replied to at all. When I did finally receive the product I was very happy with it, my in laws loved it & it's something that they'll cherish forever! Save your money on the quick shipping but the product was worth it!

1st I ordered the gift prior to Christmas for my mom and didn't get it until after New Year's. After plenty back and forth emails, upon arrival we realized the gift is dysfunctional. The legs were made backwards therefore the product could not stand. The company told me all they could do was a discount for 30 %. The product is useless, and My Mom does not want it. I would like a full refund and to send it back. Not pleased with this company at all. 1st and last time ordering anything.
Rosefeels is not a good company to deal with. Waited over two weeks for a simple response on what was going on. Then they tell me 3-5 business days for a refund on a return but yet that hasn't happened either. I see why this company has such bad reviews. They don't care about their customers one bit.
My product came in a bubble wrapped envelope and was damaged during shipping. When I sent pictures and asked for a refund, I was told that they could only give me a 20% reimbursement and that the damage was to be blamed on the mail carrier. And to make matters worse I was also asked to fix my product by myself. I do not think I will order from this store again.

The process was smooth and easy, what you customize actually comes out looking how it supposed to! Shipping was slow because of the holidays but I don't even count that! I truly recommend and definitely will be shopping here again!
I ordered with anticipated time paid extra for shipping during the Christmas holidays. I still have no indication that my item is on its way. Emailed customer service no answer. Seems they are shipping from China and that's not being addressed before you order. Who knows how long it will before receiving your items. I will not do business with this company again from a disappointment customer.

Item is fully customizable which is great and looks beautiful but it has only been a few weeks and pieces are coming apart. It seems as the front layer of material was warped and then glued with a weak adhesive. I feel like the price I paid for this product there should be better quality materials/adhesives used to keep it together and last.
The product I chose was very thoughtful and heartfelt.
I placed an order on 12/16/23 and paid the extra $25 for expedited shipping only to receive my gift a full month later! They initially offered me a refund of $10, but I asked for the full $25 refund, which they did agree to. I should hopefully see that refund within a week or so. Product quality was not the greatest although the item did look like the images.

Came up on a Google search when looking for gifts for mom.
The pictures online make this look like a full page when the pages are very small inside and are attached to a metal ring binder. The quality was not what I expected I was very disappointed. I didn't even try to sent it back because delivery took 3 weeks instead of 4 days and it came from China. I would buy a 20 dollar book off Amazon before buying this.
Customer service took days to respond on why shipping was extremely delayed and just said sorry.

I literally excepted the fact that someone took my money. My purchase finally showed up today. Mind you no communication from rose feels. At all!.
I contacted customer service after the 9-12 day business window. Lisa, assured me they expedited my order although it should have been in production and here another 3 weeks later I still have no product. Do not order from this company - pretty sure it's no legit and I fell victim.

I got one of these beautiful pictures made for my stepmom for Christmas and she absolutely loves it! I'm going to be ordering more for myself and for my mom on mother's Day! Such a nice personalized gift that means the world to the recipient! It was very easy to order, took a while for it to ship and get to my stepmom, but it's made to order with each personalization and I ordered beginning of December so that's to be expected with the holidays. Great experience and would definitely recommend as a gift, whoever you get it for will love it!

Ordered a necklace for my wife, was suppose to come in less than two week. After it failed to come I asked what the problem was, they said they were behind but I would receive it in a couple of days. The following week I got the same response, the following week they said they notice that I had put a dispute with the credit card company. I told them I had, they had charged my credit card and did not send the product. They informed me they would not send the product until I took the hold off. I asked for the product to be sent or give me a refund, I am still waiting.
It took a few days short of an entire month for my item to even be shipped. However, despite the long processing time, they were very responsive to emails with good communication answering any questions that I had.

I saw one of their products advertised through Facebook and wanted to get it for my daughter for her birthday.
First and foremost, my product took over a month to come in. When I receive the item the glass was broken, and the trim was cracked and falling apart. Horrible customer service takes forever to reach back only by email, then they want to sit here and say they want pictures of the product. Like what kind of company wants pictures. It should be able to send the product back and get my money back, simple as that. They took my money so fast so they should be respectful of people hard earned money and give it back to us. This company is a piece of $#*! and worthless. No one order from this company!
Y'all failed to honor the shipping that the website portrayed, it was not what I would call a satisfactory order.
My son and I ordered a locket with engravings for my wife as a Christmas gift. It was his gift for mom. The shipping took so long to arrive- 18 days!- that I actually thought I had lost $50 to a scam. So I emailed RoseFeels about the delivery status but did not receive a response. When the item arrived we were very disappointed. The actual size of the item is only a fraction of the size as it appears on the website. Also, the engraved words are so small a magnifying glass is needed to read them. Won't order from RoseFeels again.
