The owner was very responsive. He answered my call and took note of my concern about needing a part order and delivered as soon as practical to meet a customer install. He was upfront about the supplier perhaps not being able to meet our need date and ensured me he would place an expedite request. He provided Excellent Customer Service by immediately placing the order, providing a tracking number, and following up with an email. Great news... The part was delivered within two days.
I placed an order and sent an email the next week merely inquiring as to a shipping date and tracking information, as the charge had already gone through on our credit card. What I received back from Jacques was a political tirade, blaming "leftist Democrats" for shipping delays. I asked, since my order had not yet shipped, that he cancel it as I felt his response was uncalled for an inappropriate. His response, and I quote him as follows: "These people are pure evil. I have been in business for over 28+ years with this company. Clinton and Bush did not help, Oscumba was a disaster, and Biden is a full on Criminal. The Demonrats are literally lying, cheating and stealing the USA in to the Toilet. It is a fact, and you do not have to like it, but it is my policy to never lie to anyone, and I am not going start with you. If you want your order cancelled, please know we do have a policy on cancellations... Please, save yourself, get away from the Lefties, and the Demonrats as fast as you can. You can thank me later." I don't think I nor any other customer need to be subjected to that sort of thing when ordering water filters on-line. He charged me a $47.20 cancellation fee, as it's "policy". Order from this company at your own peril.

Never a live person to talk to, message says to email, left both phone messages and emails numerous times with no response. I was charged and still no products after 3 weeks, Jacque never returns calls. I have to now go to my bank to have charges reversed. He's not kind enough to admit the wrong way of handling his business and refund my money of over $1000.00
After finalizing the order with my credit card a window popped up that I may be charged shipping and that was not what I signed up for.

Reading the reviews here- they are mixed and I'm sorry to see that. I for one- had a spectacular experience with this company over several purchases. Running a small business is challenging- and it's a path of constant improvement. I believe this team is well beyond the average small business. I never had the impression that this company was after anything but my satisfaction. Excellent, knowledgable. I'll be back to reorder.

post script: got the filter quickly. that was good. turned out the price was not what i thought it to be. this is a company that you really need to look at all their "fine print" as they hid the shipping charges. wear your "lawyer pants" when you order from them.

Printed out what looked to be an invoice only to see 2 weeks latter when the product did not arrive.The said, in very small light print not hardly noticeable this order had been canceled. Yet the order showed a order # under confirmation. Trying again to order. Waiting to see if it shows.
I ordered from them because there price was competitive and their web site states 100% free shipping. That is a false statement. They not only charged for shipping but they are making money on it. They also don't show you what the freight is going to cost you until they ship it and send the invoice. Because it was not on the charges at check out I assumed it was free like their web site states. That is not correct when they send you the email that your items have shipped that is when you first see the shipping charges. $25.00 for 4 small filters on USPS and they say they only charge what it costs them. From my experience shipping USPS I don't think that is true either. I was told they were going to credit me 5.00 for a coupon I missed on the web site but they did not do that either. I am not buying any more of my filters from them and my recommendation is you don't either.
User friendly website. I am a longstanding customer using "Everpure" filters from Jacques at Superior Water Systems, and I'm now installing a system in our house to deal with high lead levels in our Toronto drinking water from old supply pipes that hopefully will eventually be replaced.
So far, so good. You have what I'm looking for and the price looks reasonable as well. Shopping and Checkout both a breeze!

At time of checkout, no cost was indicated for shipping. On everyother website in todays world, shipping does not get charged if charges are not there at the time of checkout. After getting an email 6 days after I entered my order (website said would ship in 1-2 days), that there was $18.95 in shipping on a $92 order and that it would ship in 1-2 weeks. I replied to the email the same day and got a response 2 days later. I indicated to cancel my order. Jacques then replied that it "may have already shipped". After multiple email exchanges in which I offered to still accept the order if he would credit the shipping charges he still would not take off the shipping charges. I have contacted my credit card company, they are reversing the charges and I will refuse the shipment. Find another website, the price on this site is not what you will end up being charged and they don't have helpful customer service

A lot of these reviews are fake. Here was my detailed experience:
(1) Placed order on December 27,2018, paid in full with free shipping
(2) Over two weeks go by without any acknowledgment
(2) Followed up on January 16,2019 -- over two weeks later. Order has not been shipped.
(3) Spoke to the "president" Jacques, then get an additional paypal request for $20 funds for shipping. Says that item cannot be shipped until additional payment has been sent.
Please look carefully and you will find reviews that I'm not the only person to have been scammed by this one-man company. **STAY AWAY**
Ordered some filters on two separate order with coupon which posted on the website and didn't see any shipping charge on the email/confirmation page. Then next day, they refunded the money and added new charges with new shipping fee for around $40 each order. Luckily I checked my email frequently and notice the different amount charged and I called, Jacques (president) answered and ask me to email him instead because the phone has some drop call/bad signal. So I email him and ask for cancellation since I didn't know that it has shipping fee and I didn't approve it. Then he ask why did you use the coupon twice on two separate order which I think it's not against any rules. The coupon is there on the front page and there's no mentioned that I can't use it twice on separate order. He is not happy that I want to cancel the order and told me to read the company policy, etc. After several requests of cancellation, he refunded my money BUT partially. I still didn't received $35.60 that I assume is for 5% cancellation fee EVEN per their policy, 100% refund if within 24-hour which I did notify within 24 hour. It's a TOTAL SCAM, bait and switch. Please beware if you want to do business with superwater.com
Many people got duped by this company, check their review on Facebook. Please be aware of this scam artist/company. Bait and switch tactic, offering coupon to lure customer then didn't disclose shipping fee then charge shipping fee without approval then only do partial refund (minus 5% cancellation fee).
