I'm a little confused. I have way more than 20 pounds to lose. Do I complete the four phases and stay on the last phase until I have lost the require weight? And when am I ment to take the whey protein? Thanks

The initial 3 weeks of the diet are laid out in the book which you follow. After this time, you have the option depending on your weight goals, to either repeat one of the previous 3 phases OR stick to a calorie counted diet- this calorie counted diet is tailor made for you because the book gives the method by which you can work out exactly how many calories you need to either maintain, lose or gain. This was a real eye opener for me
