I thought I was getting an oil set with my diffuser does it ship separately?

Never got my diffuser and starter pack of oils. Did receive add on pack of oils that was offered at additional cost after the initial order submitted

This company has still not responded to any communication. They refused to do an investigation with Canada post regarding me never receiving product
