They can definitely take advantage of narrow spreads with the lowest commissions on the whole market. Ultimately it's the only thing that matters for scalpers and their strategies to be lucrative. Trading platforms are also important but not as those two things I mentioned before.

It's a rather confusing question. Nobody assesses the broker's servers in terms of swiftness of execution. It is always about the dealing desk, or to be precise no dealing desk. Nowadays the servers are pretty much the same. Plus as far as I understand the majority of brokers use the same server infrastructure of Amazon or some tech giant. This broker in particular has a true no dealing desk execution. Meaning that there is no third party intervention between you and the liquidity provider.

As far as I know, this broker does not have any restrictions on the number of trading accounts. So open as many accounts as you want.

You can easily apply leverage up to 1:500. But it also depends on the asset class you usually trade. The biggest leverage I mentioned is applicable to the currency pairs. Cryptocurrencies would go with much smaller leverage, 1:5 or so.
