Hi I am still waiting for an order that was supposed to be shipped 10days ago. It has not arrived and aBaby has no record of my order that was 135.00 . I have an order no. 390142. Trying to get in touch with them today and again they say they are closed till October 27 th. 2 weeks ago they were also closed. What is with this company! Please answer me?

They were great in the past but having the same issue and the customer service is poor. Sorry!
