It means they will deliver your gray, non residential goods out of the white. Avoid these scammers. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

The claim is that it is a special delivery protection to ensure no marring/damage occurs in transit. Seems like bogus excuse to upsell. FedEx insures high value packages, and LG boxes them very well.
I declined the offer thinking it to be something made up to dupe customers.
