Has anybody ordered from them recently?

Answer:

Same exact thing. I did get a tracking number and when I went back the site was in error. I use PayPal credit so I get my money back. This pisses me off. I am a Houstonian and I want a ring.

I ordered (order #710274) the solar system astral bracelet on 9/24/17 paid in full $35.52 yet never received? why??

Answer:

They have a delivery guarantee 100% so contact support. USPS confirm they lost one of my orders, but Ace Deal Store replaced it for me for free:) Made me a life-time buyer from this experience

Question:

Did anyone that reviewed ever get the product that they ordered?

Answer:

Got mine, took a little longer than usual, but it turns out it was sitting at the CHICAGO USPS hub not being delivered since USPS was severely understaffed there. Was confused since my friends in California got their orders REALLY fast, so was wondering what happened to mine. Hope USPS gets it together soon for Chicago since this is not the first time this has happened to me. Overall good service though, Ace offered to give me a free replacement if USPS lost it, but I eventually got it.
