Has airrattle.com's service improved over time or gotten worse?

So far i would not do this again i purchased a echo 1 sr-13e3 from them at 3/1/16 1:30am pacific time looked at my invoice noticed it didn't have my apt# so i elected to wait till 3/2/16 about 7:00am my time being about 10: am east coast time, and got an anwsering machine, so i left a message, after an hour felling it was ergent and not wanting them to ship with out apt# i went on facebook and it says they will reply in minutes... 6.1/2 hours later nothing tryed multiple formats to get in touch with a person to no avail hoping they will notice eventually. don't think ill do this again befor i reaserch them learned a lesson, hope they don't ship to wrong place :(

Has anyone ever had a probly trying to order something and the website saying the order was declined but the bank account says order pending? i'm just wondering because i just placed a $194.10 order the money is pending but it said i was declined on the site, i cannot get ahold of them people for nothing and idk what to do
