Answer:

I had huge problems calling them, the number on the booking was not connected, the number I eventually got through on was in Greece, bad time difference, no comprehension of English, totally ignored anything I said and EVERYTHING was MY fault. In the end they wore me down, I gave up and wrote off my money. Sorry to be the bear of bad news

Sorry but I have no idea. I am so incensed with Airticket24's conduct I am incapable of rational thought about them. I have nothing positive to say so probably better that I say nothing. Sorry I cannot be of help

You are screwed, even IF they refund the price they will keep your money for a month!
