Sad that the promised 5 to 7 days actually ended up being over a month. I ordered gifts for friends for Christmas, landed in South Africa 14th December. I paid the taxes and duties on the 16th December and only received parcel on 15th January. It was such a disappointment, 3 dresses ordered all XL 2 dresses are too big, luckily they can be altered another dress wouldn't fit a 10 year old. One jacket very poor quality, another jacket nothing like the picture, it's a one size fits all but again much too short at the back, wouldn't fit a 10 year old and no style but huge pieces of material in the front. They don't want me to return the items been offered 50% of the value as a voucher to purchase from them in the future, or they will refund 30% of the value. I can then keep these useless items. Not impressed with them at all. This has cured me, no online shopping overseas only buy from South African companies in future. Really upset and angry at myself for getting caught

I'm from South Africa. First time buyer from Airydress.com. Paid for order on 27 November 2017, it is now 28 December 2017 and haven't received my order. The last status update at Buffalo on 15 December 2017 states that an sms sent to me was rejected and no answer on my telephone. I have furnished them with both a cellphone and landline number which are both in perfect working order... no missed calls or rejected sms on 15 December. I've tried phoning Buffalo in Johannesburg on several occasions but no response just the same song playing over and over. I'll give it until 10 January 2018 assuming that the festive rush is causing the delay!
