Why have my ext not arrived?

Hi, Delivery times depend on hair extension type. Some are shipped ASAP and are received within 24-48 hours via express. Other orders are custom (as marked on site), and take us around 3-6 business days to produce the said hair, which we then ship using your preferred shipping method. On a positive note, however, your extensions will feel much better since it will be a fresh set that was never kept in stock, even for a day.
