Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Allivet staff and previous consumers.
They advertise medications with photos of the manufacturers' packaging. However it seems that when a customer gets the meds they are not in the original packaging. There is really no way to verify that the meds are either authentic (as opposed to counterfeit) or that they are not expired. Individual tablets are not stamped with dates. When they failed to send me medication in the manufacturer bottle, I contacted my credit card company, then ordered from a different vendor.
You will never be assured of that. I am a first-time customer and still waiting for my order to arrive. It's been 10 days. Still waiting...
Yes I have always gotten this in the original packaging box with insert... BUT valleyvet is cheaper and faster processing... same stuff ;)
My pup gets Vetoryl 10mg and 30mg. Both come in their original boxes, sealed and new, just like I get at my vet. Their prices are $75/month less than 1800-Pet-Meds for this medication. I cannot explain how they do it, but I am glad they do.
