Answer:

Amp generators is in the top 2 highest customer rated equipment companies. There was an issue with the site two years ago for a window of time, but has long since been resolved.

Answer:

The idle is preset by the Kohler engine to run at 3600 rpms. There maybe an issue with your potentiometer. Please give us a call at 877-601-2823 to speak with a service technician.

Answer:

This could be caused by oil in the air compressor pump. The pump portion of the air compressor is pretested but Oil is drained after testing and in some cases it looks like their is oil in pump when it is residue left over from testing. It depends on the thickness of aluminum and rod being used for welding. The welder cannot weld thin aluminum.

Answer:

It's covered under a full factory warranty. Just call the factory. It may be something simple like a fuse. The factory numbers on your receipt
