I have place an order for several items, so they shipped one at a time, but, the dresses that i ordered never arrived, so i have been asking for them, and i get the same automated question. I want to know about how long will it be to get those dresses. One pair of slippers that i ordered wore it one time and it split in half, so i told them about that, that it should be replace or money back, but, again same automated answer. I am sick of it. Someone needs to respond when people order stuff. Christine AUlt.
