China. Takes forever and when you finally receive your items they're trash. Stay away

The return address on the package is New Jersey but if you want to return it, it has to go to China. That costs about $25 in shipping

Shipe from China and the pictures they show are not what they make. They use cheap, thin fabric to replicate high end clothing.

It's from China and the lovers of the items are FAKE reviews. I'm sure

Sweater as pictured and what I received! If you look at my photos you will see the difference in what is pictured to order and the crap you will actually receive. OBVIOUSLY, the good reviews are FAKE and were posted only after some bad reviews were posted. Just carefully read the reviews on the Annie Cloth website and you will notice how similar the wording is and how most products have the same number of ALL positive reviews!

ANY TIME YOU SEE SUCH A WIDE DISPARITY IN REVIEWS, YOU CAN BET THAT THE POSITIVES ARE F-A-K-E & THE NEGATIVES ARE THE ACTUAL CUSTOMERS. Just read the LANGUAGE of the 4&5 star reviews... they regularly call the store a "boutique" and the language is FAR too formal for a typical American review. They cover ALL the areas that others arw slamming them on: quality of clothes, timeliness of receipt, customer service for non-existent returns. I give them more props for their fake reviews than their clothing. There are some talented writers there!

The Trustpilot review site put up a disclaimer on their Annie Cloth page bc they have to keep removing FAKE ads. The images used for ads are STOLEN, they try to reproduce them but it is ALL garbage, and the return policy is HORRIBLE.

I believe any self respecting person would consider the clothing from this company to be extremely poor quality whether they typically buy from Walmart or Macy's. This company is a scam and any 5 star ratings are fakes.

China if you ever get it! I have waited 3 months and still have not received it.

To some degree, I agree with Lisa - but given the prices, my expectations weren't high, and I was careful about what I purchased. Things that were listed as being "Cotton" were actually cotton-polyester blends. Again, the quality is overall pretty poor-which is fine if that's what you thought you were getting. Photos make things appear higher quality than they actually are, and given how long you wait for things, not worth it overall.

One person's expectations for quality could be completely different than others depending on where they normally would shop. If you have someone who shops at a store such as Walmart (not to totally ditch them, but not a place I buy clothes) versus someone who shops at Macy's, expectations are different. The other option is that depending on the article purchased, perhaps some are of true quality and it is a crap shoot as to which you happen to get chanced with.
