I sent an item back almost a month ago and still do not have a credit for my return. I have called three times and each time I am told that it takes 2 to 3 weeks to return, 3 to 4 weeks for return, there was a holiday (Columbus Day), flooding in SC, etc. Am I ever going to get my refund?
