How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at ApplianceZone?

There is no phone number published so that is impossible.
They do respond to email but are not interested in helping you.

Very very hard. They will insist it was shipped. FEDEX told me it got lost in the mail. And this company have to file a loss. They don't want to help me. Im out $86.00
