I've had a successful experience with Assurance wireless. Give then a Chance. How long has this Company been in existence? Please advise.

A long time at least 10 years,
They have always sucked, but believe it or not they are NOT the worst in the Gov phone biz but they working on getting that # 1 spot.

Assurance has been in business more than 10 years. They are or, were at one time, Virgin mobile. True they sold out not too long ago and, they have outsourced alot, if not all of their customer service.
Most of their customers are on the Free government phone program. ( I'm thinking t-mobile bought them). So, don't expect the customer service of just a few years ago.
