A legit company whose owner scams paid subscribers (45 dollars a month) by posting forecasts a week late every month for a decade.

I don't believe it to be either. While Susan Miller is not accepting money in a fraudulent manner, she certainly does not deliver her content in any timely manner. It's not acceptable in any world of buisness to habitually be two weeks late with your product. Susan seldom delivers content on the first of the month, and NEVER before. Astrology is only good as the predictive tool it is intended to be if it is produced AHEAD OF TIME.

It is legitimate, but subscriptions of daily horoscopes are not worth the money. Be aware of automatic debits, which are hard to stop.
