on 7/5/15That is private information that is kept secret from you. It is all weighted to the advantage of Auction.com. They can back out of the deal at any time but you cant with our losing your earnest deposit, Put a bid in but 99,9% is you will not get the property. Good luck with these crooks after you have given them all your personal information and credit card #s
They will never tell you that information. In fact during the final day of bidding in order to get price higher
The broker and the action house will bid it up
My final bid was 7,600.00 less than the high but they came back to me (I should have ran with the information I have now)
As far as closing, my attorney even said he's never seen a contract so one sided and unprofessional personal.
Not calling back not emailing back
Or even just talking to you about mistakes in the agreement
They also tried to change dates after the initial contact
Even though they say you can pick the title company they won't let you
I would never deal with this company again no matter how low the price was on a property
It's not worth the headache
Laurie, I'm not sure how many houses meet the reserve, but the house I just bought didn't and they still accepted the bid.
I had a price in mind and luckily the bid come in right under it, so I was happy with the final price I paid.
