Hello, I have recently purchased a bigger order from this site weeks ago, and haven't got it. It's been maybe half a month or more and I am growing concerned?

You should have received a tracking number. But if that is of no help, honestly just send customer service a quick email asking what the status is. They will get back to you within 24 hours with very thorough answers. And then that person will be your customer care giver up until you are completely satisfied! You can reply back to that same email address, and follow up, or ask other questions.
