Yes. Too good to be true. Do not be scammed! Price is low to entice you. Money is taken illegally.

Is this a legitimate site with which to deal? lots of "promises" - (ie free shipping, ties with ebay, 5-day guarantees after receiving vehicle )?

Answer:

Not true. "Invoice" is sent from bogus email address that looks like eBay. Trust, it is not legit. Quit while you have your money! The sellers are NOT vetted. The site has a long list of disclosures to cover its behind.
