I think we are all spoiled by Amazon's shipping and returns. Bare Necessities return process is not that bad, it's just not Amazon. (which of course Amazon does have the best shipping and return process I've ever seen!)

Are their bras legit or knock offs? i felt that the quality was not the same

All of the products sold on Bare Necessities are direct from the manufacturer. Every single item we sell is legitimate and we do not ever sell knock-offs of any kind. Occasionally there are differences in product quality when a particular manufacturer makes modifications to the product specifications, but that would be due to the production of the garment, and not be attributed to purchasing from this reputable site. We are the largest online retailer of intimate apparel, and take great pride in consistently offering high-quality merchandise to our customers at an excellent value while providing superior customer service in each and every transaction. Why is every review a complaint about the wrong size item, or wrong item? it's consistent...

Answer:

My only issue was the sizing, which even though it's not there fault, they have been amazing to work with. I will continue to order with them. Products are excellent quality, beautiful and comfortable. My size isn't available in a lot of places, but the ones where it is the bras have been horrible. One has scratchy material, another gives me headaches due to stress on my shoulders from the design.

They shipped me the wrong item and then tells me they will wave the return shipping of $6.95 what kind of business is this very bad customer service.

Send them an online message through their site. Ther customer service is amazing.

Are the brand named items such as calvin klein on the website genuine items?

Answer:

From my experience, they are website genuine items. This is based on the tags and also the fact that most brands like Calvin klein don't make items in my size. I will continue to order from them.
