Easy for me, but they weren't able to help much. They were communicative via email.

Answer:

I'm sure it's legit, but I don't like what they do with my personal information. First of all, you cannot delete your account or credit card information once you register for a trial. Then, there are a bunch of companies they distribute your personal information, legally and there is little you can do to moderate this once you sign up. To me, that is the scam.
