Hi Sherry,
Is your dog having any reaction what so ever to the frequency? Also, how long have you been using the device for training?

I have the same problem. Been trying to use this for 7-8 months. Tried on 3 dogs, absolutely no response. Talked with company beginning 1 months after purchase. They do nothing. Major error buying from them.
