I have sent several emails and left a voice message and haven't gotten a response regarding a store credit I am owed.

I cannot find your email to us based on your name so if you could provide either your email address or order number I will be happy to escalate this and look into why you are missing a response from us.

Hello, similar experience here. If you've ordered from BCA and not received your order nor any helpful communication or responses regarding an order or a refund within their terms, I encourage you to join us in reporting BCA to the NC Attorney General's office. If enough of us do this, maybe BCA's management will start to notice that this is beyond just bad customer service. More info here: https://ncdoj.gov/file-a-complaint/consumer-complaint/
