I was charged twice and i want a refund

Our general subscription gives you access to premium features. However, not all the available tools are included in this package – some of them come with a separate subscription. You must have selected one of those right after getting the main license, that is why you were charged the same day.

We would like to kindly emphasize that the purchase can only be completed with user's explicit approval. No steps can be taken without your direct permission. Additional features you have purchased give you access to the bundle of workouts so you can reach your peak performance.
