When you deal with Asians you will find there are 2 distinct personality types... type 1 is very. Very. Serious about customer satisfaction/quality/value business ethics and practice... type 2 is very very money motivation and could care less about anything else... it appears this business is owned by type 2
Go to the government website for the department of consumer protection and file a complaint. That is how we as consumers can do something about this. Bikeberry sent me no-name unbranded engines. They have no idea what their customers are receiving. They've never seen the product and they don't believe us, the customers.
