on 4/25/20I also experienced the same problem on the fifth of this month and I am still waiting for their response or resolve to the problem.
I think something went wrong, perhaps a glitch upon starting the platform or trading bots, that's happened to me before too... All you need to do though is just contact them at their support email and they will help sort it all out, and don't worry it won't count as your monthly use of the platform unless you had a successful run.
