That would have been the case had i used a cc. but i used a debit card. anyway its all settled now. could be the pressure i put on them by filing a complaint with the better business bureau, or a few tv stations. they tried to defend themselves. claiming that i had not read the small print on the site. paraphrasing, they said i would be charged an initial 14.95 then every 30 days for 4 payments till they billed the full 174.95. but thats not what they did at all. either way they refunded the money even before the package arrived back to them. stand up for whats right folks.
