Ebay. I always get great customer service from ebay... as a seller. Bonanza provides no customer service; if you have an issue, they just keep sending the same "canned" response over and over... and I had one sale on Bonanza for which they charged me a 17% fee... then they took $25 more out of my bank account... I have addressed both of these issues with Bonanza... Regarding the huge 17% fee... they sent me about seven (7) of the same "canned" response. I wanted a lesser % fee since their website claims they always charge the "lowest fee possible"... just one "canned" response after another... If they would have offered a more reasonable % fee in order to provide me with satisfactory customer service. I would have been satisfied; but they did not... after the seventh "canned" response... I closed my booth... And NOW... EVEN WORSE... they took an additional $25.00 out of my bank account... and for what I have no idea. I called the phone number which was listed with the transaction on my bank account and of course got a recording. I left my information, and it has been four days... and still no response. When you call ebay, you speak to a live person who works to solve your concerns... I HATE BONANZA... and you would think that BONANZA would not want RIDICULOUSLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS... but they do not care. I moved all my ebay items to Bonanza to see if it was a better experience than ebay... ebay's fees are 10%... and they have a much larger shopping audience... and they have real customer service people that you can talk to. Bonanza has a much smaller shopping audience, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, and their goal appears to be to charge sellers the most enormous fees that they can get away with.

I never get online to post negative reviews... I generally get online to post about great customer service and great products... I like to keep things on the POSITIVE... but this is just not possible with BONANZA... they are like a Phantom Selling Platform... totally disgusted. I will be reporting BONANZA to the BBB and to the US Attorney General's Office.

Very disappointing experience.

Best online site is Ebay.com,
But they are far more stricter than others. They could easily ban you without any reason. Still eBay gets millions of hits, daily, which means regular sales.

First impressions mean everything and my first transaction with Bonanza started out bad. The item was not shipped quickly, I was given a tracking number that was invalid and it took too many e-mails to get the item. I did get the what I paid for and it was an OK price (not great), it was just more hassle than it should have been. Ebay is the best in my opinion and the fees are high due to the huge amount of infrastructure it takes to run something like Ebay. You get what you pay for.

I agree with Greg L. That there are a lot of scam buyers on eBay and eBay pretty much supports the buyer and not the seller. Those buyers I block and lessen learned. I don't know why buyers have complaints about Bonanza. Sellers give their contact information including phone numbers in many cases. Sellers are also required just like ebay to provide a tracking number asap. Bonanza would not support a buyer taking someone's money and not sending the item. Ebay does generate the most traffic but Bonanza generates traffic too and with additional fees you can sign on for more traffic to your site. I have sold successfully on ebay, bonanza, amazon and etsy. You can sell on all of them but profits are low on all of them after the pay pal fees, site fees and shipping expense. For ease of platform and lowest fees I like Bonanza the best. Hope this helps and good luck!

It matters what kind of items you have. The one you will get the most sells with is definitely ebay. With ebay and amazon you will pay the most fees though. I have alot of items and can afford to sell them on bonanza.com for less. I personally hate all the Hassel the site gave me on ebay so I refuse to buy or sell on the site because I hate them with a passion because there fees kept going up and there customer service kept on bugging me. I'm sure you can deal with answering 100's of questions from bidders than me. Ebay has alot of scammed thar buy things and make up that it's broken. You get the worst customer you can on ebay. Alot of complainers. Peopl w looking for the cheapest price out there. All the items on your ebay can be downloaded on ebay within 20 minutes so you don'T have to relisT it on bonanza.com. I wouldn'T do your main selling on bonanza unless you have over 400 items and can download all them at once or unless you have very high priced items you cam save a lot of money on fees from. The fact is every one is brain washed into going to ebay first since there the first online site. I didn'T like ebay because as a seller they harassed me to much and the fees on there made it hard to run a business at a profit.
