Hi just wondering about bravo fly I purchased tickets from Asmara to Dubai cost altogether $900 I payed by card but then got an email saying reservation cancelled due to technical difficulties n that they use a thingy called temperory card limit where the amount that is pending in my account is temporally frozen and then go onto say they have sent a release statement to my bank to return the funds back to me and it depends on my bank when the money will clear back in my account... My bank says different and that no one can release funds back in unless u get a release number off your bank provider can some one pleas help how can I get my money back I have tried contacting them it is imposible? Help,,,

Start leaving bad reviews everywhere you can. They wouldnt even acknowledge me until i started leaving bad reviews on multiple sites, then they refunded my money

Keep sending them. After six months I received a credit voucher which actually works on the bravofly site (which includes any travel they offer on their site; it included travel in the states!)

Don't know the answer to that one as my problem was I made a mistake when booking and no way would they entertain a refund sorry
