That's so weird I'm going through the same thing! I've emailed them and also called the number that's listed on their site and the number is a Google number and no one answers. I'm starting to think its a scam. Thank God for PayPal because you can get your money back if it is a scam.

I order my 2 360 lace wigs and they only sent me 1 and it was a frontal and fake hair, They will not reply back to fix issue and they still have not sent me the second wig that i paid for. How can i get my money back, i paid with my credit card?

I just found out the wigs are not 100% human hair in that they mix it with synthetic hair. Which they should have stated that in the description. False advertising

I just ordered something yesterday and they texted me a link but its saying the link doesnt exist. I just got a text 5 minutes ago saying its been shipped but no tracking number or anything. I feel like Ive been scammed.
