Is this site honest for all the men using it?

Absolutely not. Many of the messages from ladies are not actually from those ladies. Their policy is that you can communicate with ladies outside the platform after 30 letters, but if you try to discuss this with a lady after 30 letters the platform will block you even when you are trying to answer a specific question the lady asked regarding why. The platform will say that you cannot send contact information even if there is no contact information in the email.

No.
I've spent hundreds of hours on dozens of dating sites for one and a half years: free, pay-per-month, and pay-per-letter.
Your best bet is pay-per-month.
Free sites attract scammers like flies to carrion, and pay-per-letter sites are, in the words of independent reviews, "scams".

One of the fastest ways to spot a scammer is to see that the messages could be sent to anyone. This is my experience with EVERY introductory letter from girls. And try putting "Write 'big fish' in your letter's heading or I will just delete it" in your profile. See if ANYONE will do it.

In my opinion, the girls, in general, are not honest.

O This site, like other pay-per-letter sites, costs easily 20-40 times as much as pay-per-month sites for someone who is actively communicating. (Fraud?)
O Contact information - which a girl owns - must be purchased from the site: at a high price. (Enslavement?)
O Nearly every girl between 25 and 40 'spills out of her top' in her avatar, and several other photos. (Brides or lovers?) Compare with pay-per-month sites.
In my opinion, Brides4Love is not honest about being a dating site - unless you mean one night stands. Certainly not a bridal site.
