Hi, i'm trying to insert a new profile for a person in buzzbundle, but with a different mail than the rest of the medias it already have and it's tell me that the user or password are incorrect. is it because each persona have to run all his medias with the same e-mail?

Answer:

No, your social network profile can be registered for a different e-mail, than your persona profile. If you have any problems with adding the profile to the software - send the project directly to our support team. Just open the Help menu - choose Send project to support.
