Like all of you, I have the same story with this company - no returned communication, no replies to chat, eventually my account was deleted. It seems like they've run the same scam on all of us. Are any of you still receiving e-mails from them offering new deals and products? I find it interesting that supposedly my e-mail didn't exist when I tried to find out what was going on with my account yet they are sending me e-mails. Did any of you sign up for that fraud protection service when you placed your order? I did and when I contacted that service, I received the reply that they could not help me since it had been more than 30 days since my order and because of that, I needed to deal with the company itself. What the heck??? At least that "service" was free.
I have just spoke with Meagan of the Yetti company. And she told me outdoor fishing is not a authorized dealer nor they were never a dealer, sorry we just got taken. Try your C. C. company for a refund
