They are thieves! Took my money, and refuse to refund for the crap they made. All those responses are automated. There is no customer service once they take your money. Someone should report them for legal investigation.
No they won't get back in touch. They seem to be too busy. If they didn't have so many problems they wouldn't be so busy in the service department.
I ha e tried to contact their customer service for almost 2 months with no success.
