on 9/12/17I am sorry I did not see this sooner, however,@Harold, the automated system does immediately send a confirmation email to the customer, once the order ships a tracking number is emailed promptly, we also have reps on the phone Monday-Friday 8am to 8pm EST, all messages are responded to in a timely manor. A reputable online retailer would send the customer an immediate receipt of order, then follow up with "your order has shipped" email, and then one with the tracking number. A reputable company would answer their phone and return message no later than a few hours. Communication would do wonders for your company.
