I want to know to. I'm in the process of disputing the charges with my bank. They are being very helpful. I purchased through PayPal and have reported the problem to them as well. My logic is that if they won't honor the purchase and keep responding with BS answers then I am going to make certain I make life a bit more difficult for them. Seems fair to me
