The fair credit card act clearly states that they cannot charge your credit card and not ship your items in a timely manner or that is credit card fraud... send them this link http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/credit/cre28.shtm and then report them to your credit card company... they owe you an explanation as it has been 30 days...

Has anyone ordered from cherryandeast.com or pillowsandthrows.com? I ordered a $242 duvet on April 21 and a $89 table runner on April 26 from this site. It is May 21 and I still have not received the items and the customer service reps only take messages for me, and don't call back. Money cleared my account a month ago. Anyone have experience with this place?
