I sent my inquiries and get response back a day after, but yes I understand that they don't work on Saturday and Sunday and other public holiday. I was I was stupidly contacted them from my own time zone and my own calendar)). So it took a while, but I got a good response never the less! Thank you Chiang Mai buddy.
