on 4/20/15I was having a good experience until I tried to change billing date and things got complicated. I was still billed on date I was trying to change was advised I will need to cancel then reactivate account. Even though I was charged it is showing I don't have any credits. I tried chatting and getting this figured out but I am being told I don't have credits even thought I just paid. I tried cancelling several times and its always a chat nightmare,
Impossible to cancel. They will suck all your money from credit card. This is the closest thing to Nigerian SCAM!
Impossible! They make you live chat with someone who tires to keep you at a lower cost. Best way to cancel is to just cancel your credit card... then they won't ever come back.
Nope, you have to go through their Customer Support reps before you can cancel. And they have to approve the cancellation. I tried to cancel a few days ago and they charged my account again this month by reactivating it even after I cancelled. I asked for a refund and they denied me. Terrible business practices there. Not customer focused, money focused.
